At Norwix, we offer free shipping to mainland Spain, with no minimum purchase amount.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. From the shipping date, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 business days, depending on the destination and the logistics operator.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by circumstances beyond Norwix's control, such as holidays, logistical incidents, customs, or force majeure situations.

Orders are considered delivered when the carrier registers the delivery at the address provided by the customer.
